Work Environment\n

This role provides the benefit of working remotely, with the flexibility to attend an outpatient office as necessary. The work hours are primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating schedule, allowing for a balanced approach to work and life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms related to mood disorders, identifying severity, frequency, and duration to inform treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients and their families to create personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in managing their symptoms effectively.

• Provide education on mood disorders, their implications, and self-care strategies to empower clients and their families toward enhanced recovery.

• Monitor client progress continuously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes and responsiveness to changing needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to serve individuals dealing with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
