The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend hours as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment modalities, and self-care techniques to foster understanding and support.

• Track and analyze client progress throughout treatment and make data-driven adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, integrated approach to patient care.

• Stay informed of cutting-edge research and evidence-based practices in mood disorder treatment.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be clients struggling with mood disorders including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
