Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, enabling our therapists to work from the comfort of their homes while engaging with clients through our secure telehealth platform. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured routine while preserving ample personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to obtain comprehensive information about clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including severity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their unique goals, needs, and preferences are at the forefront of the therapeutic process.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders and improve client outcomes.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families, equipping them with tools for self-care and mental well-being.

• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans to enhance effectiveness.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive integrated and holistic care.

• Maintain clarity and confidentiality by documenting client sessions, treatment plans, and assessments in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and best practices, aiding personal and professional development in mood disorder treatment.

• Champion the cause of mental health advocacy, working to reduce stigmas surrounding mood disorders and promoting awareness and understanding in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Strong expertise in evidence-based treatment methods specifically for mood disorders.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to effectively collaborate with medical staff in managing patient care.

• Demonstrated history of achieving positive outcomes in treating clients with mood disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
