Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care, to effectively address client concerns.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, actively participating in team meetings and case reviews.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute psychological distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic skills to stabilize situations.

• Engage in outreach initiatives, including workshops and community seminars, to raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce stigma surrounding mental illness.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely submission of documentation.
