Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and formulate personalized treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy in individual, couple, and family sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that provide support and education regarding mental health issues, enhancing community understanding and connection.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stability for clients.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available within the community to empower informed decision-making.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Engage in regular case consultations, professional development seminars, and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.

You will work with a diverse clientele spanning various age groups and backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. Your compassionate approach will be critical in encouraging clients to engage in their treatment, helping them navigate their journeys toward improved mental health and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.
\n
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment trends, and therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Proven experience in carrying out comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.
\n
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy services to a diverse set of populations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
\n
• Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
\n
• Familiarity with EHR systems and other mental health software applications.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, particularly within a team-based care model.

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
