Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through initial consultations and ongoing sessions.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, tailored to address each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, using culturally responsive approaches to ensure effective outcomes.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize therapeutic success.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or substance abuse specialists, when more specialized care is required.

• Document all interactions and treatment notes accurately and securely within the EHR system in compliance with confidentiality regulations.

• Engage in continuing education to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends within mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methods, and cultural dynamics in therapeutic settings.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the capacity to maintain composure and professionalism during challenging scenarios.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the formation of trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in utilizing EHR systems and other digital tools for client management and documentation.

• A commitment to maintaining professional ethics, confidentiality, and boundaries in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy in a telehealth environment is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with integrated care models and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and the ability to apply them within therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
