As a member of our remote team, you will have the support of a cohesive group of mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand your clients' mental health concerns and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy using evidence-based modalities tailored to meet your clients' unique needs and goals.

• Establish therapeutic objectives collaboratively with clients, continually monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs.

• Offer teletherapy services, including virtual sessions that ensure clients receive the support they require, regardless of their physical location.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards to demonstrate professionalism and adherence to best practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to expand your clinical skills and stay current with emerging practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, seeking support for issues such as trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship dynamics. You will work with individuals of different ages and demographics, tailoring your therapeutic approach to resonate with each client’s specific experiences and cultural context.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
\n
• A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental responsive attitude towards clients’ experiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage a varied caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy services, with an understanding of the unique challenges and benefits this format offers.

• Practical knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to maintain seamless documentation and client management.
