Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions, offering teletherapy services to clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer remote interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds and demographics in Elgin, Illinois, and surrounding areas. As such, our counselors must be adaptable and culturally sensitive to effectively engage with individuals from different walks of life.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
