Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs accurately, forming tailored treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy through individual, group, and family sessions, employing various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy to effectively address client concerns.

• Work in close collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care for each client.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support during acute distress situations, utilizing advanced clinical skills and empathetic communication to stabilize clients effectively.

• Participate in community outreach activities and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing social stigma.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
