Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Hope Haven Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of safe and trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A high degree of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude to support clients' diverse experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have previous experience in a private practice or outpatient setting, particularly those familiar with telehealth modalities. Experience working with diverse populations and a demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies will be beneficial in this role.
