Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Guide clients through therapeutic processes by establishing clear and achievable therapeutic goals and supporting their progress continuously.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing a range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches, tailored to the needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Actively participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with developments in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Hope Haven Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population encompassing a spectrum of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, which enriches the therapeutic experience and requires cultural competence and empathy to address their unique needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Proven ability to foster trust and rapport with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A strong commitment to client-centered care, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental attitude.
\n
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage a full caseload and maintain necessary documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health clinic or private practice setting, especially in remote therapy delivery.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to diverse populations.
