Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments with new patients to identify their unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused modalities, to address various mental health issues.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a safe community space for sharing experiences and fostering resilience.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff—to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as necessary, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
