Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient's unique trauma history, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Utilize specialized therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Lead therapy sessions that help patients process trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and promote emotional and psychological healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention, offering immediate support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure patient safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
