Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings utilizing standardized instruments and interviews to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Create individualized treatment plans that encompass clients' unique challenges, ensuring measurable goals and appropriate therapeutic interventions are in place.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness-based strategies to encourage client engagement and progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, sharing insights and ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide education and support to clients' families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the recovery process to foster a strong support system.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines to protect client privacy and integrity.

Qualifications\n
