Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and continuous evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor progress, ensuring adaptation of treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions, offering teletherapy options that increase accessibility for clients while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately, adhering to best practices in ethical clinical documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.

• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to effectively balance multiple client cases.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
