Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and establish appropriate treatment plans, ensuring a client-centric approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy contexts.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, assisting clients in processing their trauma, building coping mechanisms, and promoting healing through interpersonal connections.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating adeptness in high-stress situations.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and coping strategies, while sharing resources available within the community.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and legally compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
