Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Lead therapy sessions that aid patients in processing trauma, developing effective coping strategies, and fostering a sense of healing.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with psychiatrists and other health professionals to provide integrated treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and compassionate support during urgent trauma-related situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
