Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, integrated care tailored to the specific needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with adults and adolescents suffering from various conditions related to trauma, including, but not limited to, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Each client will present unique challenges that require a specialized and compassionate approach to help them navigate their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for the position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• A strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and the application of trauma-informed therapeutic modalities.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology to facilitate effective client interactions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an emphasis on maintaining a compassionate, non-judgmental environment for all clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with 2 years of post-licensure experience working specifically in trauma therapy or related fields will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
