Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, strengths, and needs, tailoring your approach to each individual.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients primarily include individuals impacted by trauma, ranging from PTSD to complex trauma and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  A current and valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

  Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and effective trauma-informed treatment modalities.

  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental approach toward clients.

  Strong proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital platforms relevant to telehealth practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 – 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
