Work Environment\n

This position will function predominantly in a remote capacity, providing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while serving our diverse patient population. Regular hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. You will be part of a cohesive team of professionals who are deeply focused on promoting recovery and resilience among trauma survivors.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' psychological needs, enabling tailored design of treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building techniques.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for patients to process their experiences and develop effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to care for each patient, addressing both psychological and medical needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services to support patients during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and community resources available for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation as per legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings focused on delivering trauma-informed care.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of trauma therapy.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in trauma-focused therapy.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and practical experience with trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with patients.
\n
• The ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain patient confidentiality and quality of care.

• A collaborative spirit, prepared to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
