This position is entirely remote, allowing mental health professionals to work from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining flexibility in their daily schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to determine the mental health status of clients and identify areas needing therapeutic intervention.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each individual.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing both individual and group therapy modalities.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, as needed to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) to document client treatments and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Healing Trails, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health disorders, as well as those grappling with substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) to practice in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience, ideally in a mental health setting.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and culturally responsive practices.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective individual and group therapy sessions using various evidenced-based techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
