Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools to inform personalized treatment strategies.

• Create individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific challenges, ensuring alignment with their goals for therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches and adapting methodologies as necessary to enhance client progress.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, fostering integrated care that considers all aspects of a client's well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated expertise through specialized training or relevant experience in mental health counseling.

• Deep understanding of evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions for a variety of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with a track record of building rapport and motivating clients in their recovery journey.
