Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Developing pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, risk assessments, and positive behavior support plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
\n
• Timely completion of documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, helping safeguard the integrity of our care delivery.
\n
• Engaging with teams and programs to create and implement effective behavioral guidelines.
\n
• Actively participating in the agency's licensing and accreditation processes to uphold high standards of care.
\n
• Serving as a liaison for relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance coordination of care.
\n
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with a variety of organizations and agencies to facilitate community outreach and secure new partnerships and funding opportunities.
\n
• Pursuing ongoing personal and professional development through conferences, classes, and teamwork initiatives, allowing you to remain at the forefront of mental health practices.

• Promoting and embodying the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and engagements.

• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to team objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide support to a diverse client population, including individuals suffering from emotional and behavioral challenges, those in recovery from substances, and individuals experiencing developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your work will have a direct impact on improving their quality of life and promoting their abilities to engage with their communities effectively.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field and possess an independent LMHC license. We are committed to helping licensed mental health counselors from other states obtain their licensure in Massachusetts, with all associated fees covered by the organization.

Ideal candidates will have experience conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, and utilizing evidence-based treatment methods in a telehealth setting.
