Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Arc Zone, you will work primarily with individuals managing emotional health challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Your role is essential in guiding these individuals through their journeys toward recovery, utilizing personalized counseling approaches that respect their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required to qualify for this role.

• Possession of a valid and independent LMHC license issued by the state board is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 86,000 to USD 103,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes productivity bonuses, health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible scheduling, paid time off (PTO) and sick leave, as well as dependent care accounts. Newly hired counselors may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus, while ongoing supervision promotes continual professional growth.
