Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct crisis assessments and interventions to support clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate assistance is accessible.

• Develop individualized treatment plans through collaborative discussions with clients, focusing on their unique needs and emotional challenges.

• Provide ongoing follow-up care through scheduled sessions and establish appropriate referrals for additional support or specialized treatment.

• Work closely with law enforcement and emergency response personnel when required to ensure client safety during critical incidents.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a patient population with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and mood disorders. You will also support individuals facing addiction and the accompanying challenges that arise from trauma and mental health struggles. Your expertise in providing care to elderly individuals experiencing age-related mental health concerns will further enhance the quality of services we provide.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• You must hold a valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

• A minimum of three years of recent, relevant experience in mental health counseling or a related field is expected.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually.
