Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide consistent individual therapy sessions via telehealth, addressing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Respond to mental health crises with intervention strategies to ensure client safety, providing timely support during critical moments.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, teaching coping strategies and connecting them with community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity when working with diverse populations, ensuring equitable treatment and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
