Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, crafting personalized therapy plans that include specific therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver effective treatment to individuals, couples, and families.

• Engage in therapeutic interventions that encourage positive behavioral changes and enhance coping skills, while providing ongoing support throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling or mental health settings is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to provide individual and group counseling with a strong focus on evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
