Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for seniors to evaluate their emotional states, mental health challenges, and specific care needs.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions that focus on helping clients navigate emotional difficulties associated with aging and significant life changes.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including social workers, nurses, and care coordinators, to develop tailored and comprehensive care plans targeting geriatric residents.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
