This position offers a flexible and supportive work environment, primarily functioning in a remote outpatient office setting. Employees are encouraged to maintain a healthy work-life balance through structured work hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to the unique needs of each senior client, ensuring a deep understanding of their emotional and psychological conditions.

• Develop and collaborate on comprehensive geriatric care plans with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure a holistic approach to client support.

• Implement and oversee grief and loss counseling programs for clients and their families, guiding them through difficult end-of-life processes.

Qualifications\n
