Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify their unique psychological and emotional needs.

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions tailored to address issues such as grief, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges faced by seniors.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans for each client.

• Facilitate educational workshops for families and caregivers, offering strategies to support the emotional health and quality of life for elderly individuals.

• Deliver specialized grief and loss counseling to assist clients and their loved ones as they navigate end-of-life issues.

• Design and implement cognitive stimulation programs and therapeutic interventions to foster mental acuity and engagement among elderly clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with seniors who are grappling with a wide array of challenges associated with aging. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
