Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify their unique care needs and challenges related to aging.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, providing therapeutic support for emotional difficulties such as grief, depression, and anxiety related to life transitions and loss.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
