Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at our organization, you will primarily work with individuals struggling with addiction and substance misuse. Your role will involve providing immediate support to those in crisis, conducting trauma interventions, managing emotional crises, and implementing suicide prevention strategies. You will serve a diverse range of clients, including those facing dual diagnosis issues, clients with histories of trauma, and individuals seeking a renewed path in life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Current, independent LMHC license to practice in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
