Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients. Implement evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic modalities based on client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews, standardized tests, and observations to develop personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and health professionals, to ensure holistic care and address complex client needs effectively.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Stay current with the latest research, best practices, and trends in mental health counseling to continually enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and client caseload.
