Work Environment\n

This role operates within a fully remote telehealth facility, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space while reaching clients through secure video conferencing platforms. You will benefit from a flexible work schedule, with typical hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to gather comprehensive background information.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ objectives, strengths, and preferences, ensuring they are tailored to facilitate effective progress.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions employing a range of evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working predominantly with adults facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent state-issued license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to make informed clinical evaluations and decisions to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, complemented by a compassionate nature.

• Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, along with familiarity in utilizing various therapeutic modalities. Candidates with prior experience working with diverse populations or those reporting specialized knowledge in treatment techniques such as trauma-informed care will be prioritized.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
