Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential functions that directly contribute to client care and organizational success. Your specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Completing agency orientation and familiarizing yourself with organizational policies and procedures.
\n
• Preparing for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting research to better understand client issues.
\n
• Engaging in group supervision or seminar preparation activities, including case reviews and research activities.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and accurate client records, both written and electronic, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Coordinating with partner agencies to facilitate comprehensive service support and client visits.
\n
• Conducting consultations and collaborating with other mental health professionals to enhance treatment effectiveness.
\n
• Writing detailed case notes, assessments, and evaluations that inform treatment planning.
\n
• Co-developing individualized treatment plans (ITPs) that align with each client's goals and needs.
\n
• Supporting therapists with psychometric assessments by assisting in scoring, interpretation, and reporting.
\n
• Attending clinical staff meetings and other relevant gatherings to contribute to a collaborative learning environment.

• Identifying and utilizing agency resources effectively to enhance client outcomes.

Our clients may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or other psychological challenges. As a registered LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, you will work closely with individuals to build rapport, foster trust, and facilitate their journey towards improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will embody a strong commitment to client-centered care and possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields.

• A valid state-issued Mental Health License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as required by state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
