Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet specific client needs, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that facilitate their progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Maintain an accurate and timely record of client interactions, including therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment updates in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve include diverse individuals and families from the Marysville area and beyond, dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By understanding the cultural dynamics and unique experiences of these populations, you will provide culturally competent and empathetic care that addresses both individual and systemic factors affecting mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
