Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Develop, implement, and revise personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring they are aligned with their specific goals and needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and connecting them to appropriate resources when necessary.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in client records, adhering strictly to state and federal regulations regarding mental health documentation.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Active Mind Healthcare and Psychiatry offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
