Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere virtually. Our therapists are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to connect with clients effectively, including a secure electronic health record (EHR) system for efficient documentation and communication. Although the core working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be needed based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients’ needs, risks, and strengths, ensuring accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailored to meet the unique preferences and situations of patients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups, creating a safe and welcoming environment for individuals to share experiences and find community support.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals, ensuring holistic and coordinated care for every patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services for patients in acute distress or mental health emergencies, assessing immediate needs and formulating rapid responses.
\n
• Engage in ongoing education of patients regarding mental health disorders, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources to empower them in their recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation that aligns with legal and ethical standards, contributing to a thorough understanding of the patient’s progress.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to continually enhance therapeutic skills and service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
