Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on developing coping strategies and improving overall mental health.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance collaborative care approaches and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
