Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by building rapport and developing positive, trusting relationships, while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and transition them through the therapeutic process, including discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment progress for all clients in compliance with organizational policies.

• Perform intake assessments to gather relevant client history and facilitate appropriate treatment planning.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at Somervell Consulting Clinic range from children and adolescents to adults, each presenting a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or individuals dealing with substance use disorders is preferred.
