Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be tasked with:

• Conducting thorough client assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, including regular case conferences and team meetings.

• Documenting sessions meticulously and complying with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participating in professional development activities, including workshops and training, to remain updated on best practices and emerging research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families who face various mental health challenges. Our clients often have limited access to care, which makes your role critical in providing support to those who might otherwise go without necessary treatment. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
