Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and develop personalized therapy plans.

• Providing individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Delivering therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that all therapeutic approaches are tailored to meet unique client needs.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while utilizing EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software to streamline workflow.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals to facilitate comprehensive client care and improve overall mental health outcomes.

• Engaging in continuous learning through workshops and professional development opportunities related to the ever-evolving field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Embers Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, depending on experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
