Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans while ensuring timely completion of all required documentation aligned with state regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools alongside the clinical team to ensure quality care and effective treatment outcomes.

• Develop and implement positive behavior support plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, while providing ongoing consultation to enhance service delivery.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care within the community.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate access to resources for our clients.

• Promote clear lines of communication to comply with contract standards and to foster relationships within the community.

• Engage in professional development activities, attending conferences and trainings to expand your skills and knowledge in the field.

• Advocate for the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all aspects of work, while maintaining flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
