Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify the mental health concerns and needs of each patient, using evidence-based evaluation tools and methodologies.

• Facilitate ongoing counseling sessions tailored to the individual, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or mindfulness-based interventions.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices and treatment approaches to provide the highest standard of care to your patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing various challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship problems. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
