Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a broad audience, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a variety of therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery to clients, actively participating in case discussions and treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services primarily focus on youth and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted LMHC licensure in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies to streamline workflow.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload availability.
