Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to understand patients' conditions and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to individuals, couples, and families seeking support.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to provide a sense of community among clients, addressing common issues related to mental health.
\n
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, employing quick thinking and effective strategies to support clients in distress.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education initiatives to enhance professional growth and knowledge.

• Stay current with emerging research and trends in the field of mental health therapy, incorporating new strategies into practice as appropriate.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and effective evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and create viable treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
