Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, which informs the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment goals that address each client’s unique challenges, facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to deliver integrated care that best supports our clients’ needs.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, fostering understanding of mental health issues and engaging them in the recovery process.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all client interactions and treatment interventions while adhering to ethical and regulatory guidelines.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Revita Care, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• State licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
