Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering a therapeutic alliance that respects professional boundaries and ethical guidelines.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Create and implement tailored, person-centered treatment plans via collaborative discussions with clients, focusing on their specific goals.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes, following compliance requirements and organizational standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and inform treatment strategies.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions as required, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and growth.

• Participate in individual supervision and team meetings to share insights, seek feedback, and promote professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting, particularly with psychiatric patients or those struggling with substance abuse.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with the following background will be given preference:

Compensation and Benefits\n
