Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify a client's specific needs, establishing personalized treatment plans based on the assessment outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective counseling to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, providing a supportive sense of community for participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, ensuring clients receive timely support during mental health emergencies and critical incidents.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in case consultations, multidisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance skill sets and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other common disorders. Our client-centered approach ensures that treatment plans are tailored to meet the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and various therapeutic approaches.

• Proficient ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individuals and groups.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy to a broad spectrum of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
