Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive community where clients can share experiences and coping strategies.

• Continuously monitor and assess clients’ progress through regular evaluations, adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to develop holistic intervention strategies for clients.

• Provide follow-up care for clients who have been hospitalized, coordinating with attending physicians to ensure continuity of care.

• Identify barriers to recovery and implement strategies to address these challenges, enhancing clients’ paths toward healing.

• Support family members and primary caregivers by educating them on mental health issues and effective management techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMHC will involve working with a diverse client demographic, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive atmosphere that prioritizes the emotional safety and growth of each individual and family you serve.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 101,000, commensurate with your experience and productivity. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, a comprehensive compensation package, and participation in our annual Long-Term Stock Incentive Plan.
